From Work Experience to Employment!

Keahn recently began exploring the scaffolding industry through a work experience placement organised as part of our LTW Ultimate programme — and we’re excited to share that this opportunity has now led to employment.

Work experience gives young people the chance to step into a real workplace environment, build confidence, develop practical skills, and gain valuable insight into different industries. For Keahn, it was also an opportunity to demonstrate his positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Throughout his placement, Keahn worked alongside the supportive team at Euro Scaffolding Services Ltd, gaining hands-on experience while developing important employability skills such as communication, teamwork, reliability, and workplace safety awareness.

We are incredibly proud to see Keahn take this next step into employment and begin building his future career pathway.
