Congratulations to Jordan and Jamie, two students who have completed our Licence to Work programme at Taupo-nui-a-Tia College. As a result of their successful work experience, both lads have been offered full time employment with AB Equipment.
They’re responding well to the new challenges involved with transitioning into the workplace. The team at AB are impressed with their positive attitudes and communication skills.
Jordan is enjoying working in the workshop and learning all the tricks of the trade while Jamie is looking forward to heading out into the forest as a support person over the next few weeks.
Well done lads on gaining employment! Continue to step up and make the most of all the opportunities you are being given. A big thumbs up to Allan and the team for the support and encouragement you have given along the way.
