After completing our Licence to Work Ultimate Programme, Jemma’s hard mahi and excellent work ethic during her work experience lead to her being offered a permanent position in the Machine Shop at MB Century.
This proved to be a valuable opportunity to explore her interests, skills and values and how they aligned within the company, while being exposed to different career options within the mechanical industry. Jemma proved to be a quick learner, showing great energy and enthusiam which her new team appreciates.
