A Youth Asks...
"I don’t know what I want to do for a career, or I have an idea, but I need help getting a job, because I don't know what skills I require! Can someone support me?" That's where Taupō Pathways comes in.

Still in School?
For students in years 11 - 13
We have programmes for year 11 to 13 students. These include the Licence to Work Programme, Pathways Connect and Connections. All students are invited to attend the Taupō District Careers Roadshow.

School Leaver?
For young people aged 16-24
Join the Licence to Work Ultimate Programme to get the skills you need to be employed, and get work experience. Impress your host business, and they may hire you! You're invited to the Taupo District Careers Roadshow as well.
LICENCE TO WORK - IN SCHOOL
The Licence to Work Programme is available in both Taupo-nui-a-Tia College and Tauhara College. It is like a subject that you can choose to do.

The Licence to Work programme helps you build the skills, talents and insights you need to get work, keep work and create careers.

An event held to provide an opportunity for young people to explore career options, employment and training pathways.
PATHWAYS CONNECT
Pathways Connect is for Year 11 students from both Taupo-nui-a-Tia College and Tauhara College. It is all about getting out and exploring workplaces and opportunities. What a great way to help you start to form your career pathway!
CONNECTIONS
Connections provides students from both Taupo-nui-a-Tia College and Tauhara College who are looking at professional careers, with the opportunity to connect with employers.
